Privacy Policy

Short version: this site barely collects anything. Here's the honest, plain-language rundown of what little there is.

Last updated: August 2026

Cookies

Three functional cookies remember your chosen theme, language, and light/dark mode, each set only when you change that setting and kept for about a year. If you log in with Discord, a fourth cookie holds a signed login session (your Discord username, avatar and ID, plus when you logged in) so the site knows who you are on later requests; it's readable only by this site (not by Discord or anyone else), can't be edited without invalidating it, and expires after 30 days or when you log out. A short-lived fifth cookie exists only during the few seconds of the Discord login redirect itself, to prevent that flow from being tampered with. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

The contact form

The form on the about page doesn't submit anything to this site at all, it builds a mailto: link in your browser and hands it to your own email client. Whatever you send goes straight to the email address listed there, the same as if you'd written the email yourself. This site never sees it, stores it, or processes it.

Server logs

Like pretty much any website, the server (and the reverse proxy in front of it, if any) keeps basic request logs for operational reasons, things like IP address, requested page, and timestamp, mostly useful for spotting abuse or debugging outages. These aren't used for tracking or profiling, and there's no analytics tool reading them.

Content from Discord

Servers, channels and messages shown on this site are public Discord data that a server's admins chose to publish, not personal data this site collects about you. See the Terms of Service for more on that. If you're a Discord user whose messages show up here and you have a concern, that's best raised with the Discord server in question, or by asking them to unpublish.

Third-party links

The Ko-fi button and links to Discord's own pages take you off this site entirely, to services with their own privacy policies this site has no control over.

Nothing to request

This site doesn't run a user database: an optional Discord login lives entirely in the signed cookie in your browser, not in any storage here, and nothing you send through the contact form ever reaches this site's server either. There isn't a database of personal data to ask us to export or delete. Clearing the cookies mentioned above (or just using a private/incognito window, or clicking Log out) removes everything this site remembers about you, including being logged in.

Changes to this policy

This can change whenever the site does, same as the Terms of Service. No mailing list or notification exists for it, checking back is on you.
